Q: Do you accept cash payments?

A: No. We only accept card payments for safety reasons

Q: How long will it take to receive money into my account?

A: We try to transfer the money as quick as we can. Normally it will take about 3 working days from the day of a successful delivery

Q: Why do you charge a success fee?

A: We charge a 7% success fee on the amount the customer pays to cover transaction costs, bank charges, admin costs and customer support.

Q: Are my goods insured?

A: No, we do not offer insurance for parcels.

Q: How long do you take to deliver?

A: We normally take between 2 to 3 working days to collect the parcel from you and deliver t to the customer. Areas far from CBD may take longer

Q: Which areas do you cover?

A: We only collect and deliver parcels in Gauteng. Please note, we don’t deliver in high crime areas(we will inform you if we don’t deliver in the area)

Q: What happens when the customer disappears or rejects the item delivered?

A: we will return the item back to you at no extra cost. You will however still be liable for the courier fee. we strongly recommend you secure a courier deposit from the customer to cover this risk.
